Where We Ship

United States: All 50 states and Washington, D.C.

U.S. Territories & Military: PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are allowed (some services may be limited).

International: We ship to many countries worldwide; restrictions may apply based on carrier service availability and local import rules.
Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Preorders & backorders: We split shipments by availability so in-stock items can ship first.
Carriers & Estimated Delivery

Carriers: USPS and UPS.

Delivery windows: Shown at checkout and begin after your order ships. Estimates can vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, and peak season.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Rates & Services

Rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

Expedited options (when available) are billed at the selected carrier’s rate.
Shipping From / Split Shipments
Orders may ship from WarePak and Hachette Book Group facilities. If your order includes items from multiple locations or with different availability dates, you may receive multiple packages at no extra handling cost.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
Address Changes & Cancellations
We start processing quickly; changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need help, email info@stablebookgroup.com with your order number and the requested change.
International Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). VAT, duties, and import fees may be collected by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs inspections can cause delays that are outside our control.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Missing, or Damaged)

Damaged items: Email info@stablebookgroup.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging and damage, and the packing slip.

Marked delivered but not received: First check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours for a potential late scan. If still missing, email us within 14 days of the carrier’s “delivered” scan.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help initiate a carrier inquiry/claim.
Claims reported outside the 14-day window may limit our ability to assist.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, we’ll reship once the address is confirmed; additional postage will apply.
Holiday & Peak-Season Notes
During November–January and other peak periods, processing and transit times may be longer due to carrier volume and weather conditions.
