Benjamin Pierce Jones is the food and travel creator behind Tastes From the Road (YouTube and Instagram), where he explores lesser-known corners of the world through the lens of local cuisine. For the past eight years, he has lived as a digital nomad and backpacker, documenting the people, places, and traditions he encounters along the way. His work has evolved to include short-form videos recreating dishes he discovered on the road, along with an ongoing project to cook a dish from every country in the world and revive historic recipes. Originally from New Mexico, he is now loosely based in Paris, though life on the road keeps him moving.
