Melissa Villaseñor is a multifaceted actress, comedian, impressionist, artist, and writer. She broke barriers as the first-ever Latina cast member of Saturday Night Live, where she showcased her sharp impressions and original characters for six seasons. Beyond SNL, Melissa's voice can be heard in Toy Story 4, Wreck-It Ralph 2, Adventure Time, and Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie. She has also filmed episodes for Comedy Central’s Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens, HBO’s Crashing and Barry, Freeform’s Alone Together, and of course Saturday Night Live. On Netflix, you can catch her on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, The Stand Up’s on Netflix, and cat owner Karen in Adam Sandler’s Hubie Halloween. Melissa’s TED Talk on embracing your quirks has inspired audiences worldwide, underscoring her message of celebrating individuality and creativity. She is the author of Whoops . . . I'm Awesome (Chronicle) and Cat and Lola: School Picture Day (Gloo Books) is her debut children's book.Jimena is a Mexico City-based illustrator specializing in middle grade books and graphic novels who strives to make people smile with her art. Holding a degree in UMAM and a post-graduate certificate from EINA, she has produced work for major international clients including Macmillan, Pearson, Stone Arch Books and Highlights Magazine. When she isn't creating art using Procreate, Photoshop, or acrylics, Jimena is a dedicated educator known for her popular courses on the online platform Domestika.
