Jerry Schmitz is the author of numerous “art-of ” books that chronicle the making of such films as The Wild Robot, The Peanuts Movie, Surf’s Up, Trolls, and Shrek Forever After. Most recently, he wrote the art book for the live-action adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon. Schmitz began his career in film in 1993 at Steven Spielberg’s production company Amblin Entertainment and has been a part of the DreamWorks family since its inception in 1994.
