Dean Burrell is a longtime sports fan who grew up watching the greats compete at the old Candlestick Park in San Francisco. A resident of Northern California, Dean is fortunate enough to have a boss who doesn't notice when he sneaks out of work to catch a day game (but don’t tell!).Sona & Jacob is an illustration studio whose work blends artistic versatility with a love of storytelling. Drawing from a variety of traditional and digital techniques, the studio creates illustrations ranging from whimsical and painterly to graphic and contemporary. Their work has appeared in children's publishing and other creative projects around the globe.
