What if some of the most powerful tools for improving your brain were already all around you? In This Is Your Brain on Nature, health journalist and bestselling author Jennifer Chesak explores the science-backed ways to support cognitive health, sharpen memory, enhance creativity, and improve focus naturally. Building on her acclaimed work examining the health benefits of medicinal mushrooms, Chesak combines cutting-edge neuroscience, emerging research in herbal medicine, and practical lifestyle strategies to reveal how everyday choices can help your brain thrive at any stage of life.

Chesak provides guidance reconnecting with nature in a way that supports brain function while examining the growing evidence behind some of today's most talked-about brain-supporting compounds, including adaptogens, nootropics, functional mushrooms, cannabinoids, psychedelics, and essential micronutrients.
